What’s happening at Hell-Bent

Busy weekend so far.  Yesterday we put the Black IPA on tap, racked the Pale Ale to secondary and today we are brewing a big IPA.  There will be a total of 9 oz of hops in this one.  We are also trying out the new brew kettle to see if anything needs to change before building out the 10 gallon brewery.  Hopefully the Black IPA carbs up quickly, it smells delicious.
