What else we’re drinking…. Tuesday edition
Today we are drinking something a little different for us. A Belgian, more specifically Chimay Ale Tripel. Belgians are relatively foreign to us, pun not intended, though they are something we would love to explore more. This beer is characterized by it’s cloudy appearance and foamy head. There is also a hint of hops which is sometimes missing from Belgians that we’ve had.
There is a great review over at The Brew Review, a blog we’ve been reading recently and that we definitely recommend.
There is going to be a Belgian recipe in Hell-Bent’s near future, that’s for sure.
