Aprihop by Dogfish Head. This is how beer and fruit should co-exist. Not like this or this and for shit’s sake definitely not like this… Aprihop is an American IPA brewed with Pilsner and Cystal malts massively hopped and complimented by the addition of Apricots. It’s quite nice indeed. As is their Aprihop original screen print by Dave Plunkert (above). 

It has us doing some creative thinking about our next brew. But what to add… Mango? Watermelon? Honeydew? Scotch? Suggestions?
