What else we’re drinking.

We were lucky enough to recently purchase a couple bottles of Philadelphia Brewing Company’s Harvest from the Hood, a wet hopped ale which uses hops grown in the brewery’s own garden and other urban farms, like Greensgrow Farms, in the heart of Philly. This ale is brewed on the same day that the locally grown hops are hand picked - giving this brew a juicy, bright hop flavor and aroma.

It’s not surprising Harvest from the Hood has been sold out at the PBC brewery in Kensington for a while but if you’re lucky you may find a couple bombers at your local store.
