Original Hell-Bent Brews

The Origin-ale: This is where it all started. Our pale ale is a classic easy to drink brew. With an amber color, complex and a full bodied flavor, this pale ale brings out the essence of the hops without becoming overpoweringly bitter. 

The Creature: Dark as night, delicious as hell. This Black IPA pulls your tastes buds in with a roasted hoppy flavor. It pours like a porter, thick and with a creamy head.  This was our first recipe and is by far the best tasting of this style I’ve had to date.

The Knotty IPA:   Our over the top hopped India Pale Ale.  This combines a subtle malty sweetness with the bitterness and citrusy aroma that can only come from a specially selected hop combination.  Word of warning, one won’t be enough!

The Batch from the Patch: Brewed with real pumpkins, brown sugar and a combination of specialty spices, Batch from the Patch will surpise you and make you think you’re eating that fresh from the oven slice of pumpkin pie.  With spicy aroma and a finish that tastes like whipped cream this is one to enjoy, be careful though, this is one will sneak up on you with it’s high alcohol content.

Payday Pils: Our first-in-glass and always on tap brew. This hopped-up rendition of a classic pilsner is surprisingly strong at nearly 6% alcohol. The classic blend of German hops and pilsner malt give it a full bodied taste with a crisp finish. We suggest enjoying this brew in a tall pilsner glass.
